If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to ensure a clear, fair, and simple process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.

  • Products must be in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components included.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise stated for specific product categories.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” at checkout


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.


4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other method used at checkout).

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos or documentation of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost.

For preference-based exchanges (color, size, style), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video of the damaged or defective area

We will prioritize resolving the issue quickly, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.


7. Non-Returnable Conditions

Your return may be rejected if:

  • The item shows signs of use, wear, or installation

  • Original packaging or components are missing

  • Items are returned after the eligible return window

  • The product is a non-returnable category item


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can only be managed through the returns process outlined above.


9. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging return items to prevent damage during transit.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
